Some of our clients engage us to help them develop or improve their SOP or Integrated Business Planning process. As part of that we will typically start off the process with a two day workshop to educate the Senior Management Team on the changes required.
We will follow this with five or six design workshops to support the development of the individual process steps. Once this is complete a project team is established to develop the details of the process to enable a cycle of meetings to be established.
We will work with the project team during this phase to help them develop the operating practises and processes. We will also then si in on the meetings to review the inputs, agendas, outputs measures and behaviours exhibited in the meetings and provide a detailed critique to enable further improvement.
