As part of the second step we would advise on how to set up the project organisation, and begin to communicate the details of the change.

That would be supported by a series of tailored in-house workshops, designed to support the development of the policies, procedures, and organisation to achieve the company targets.

This is focussed around the Project Team, who will now start to develop the ideas required to make your organization more competitive - better planning, reduced lead times and improved processes. They will develop a practical vision of how the company will operate. The Delos Model can help provide a framework for this vision.
