As part of the third step we would advise you on how to set up task teams to create the realisation of the ideas brought together by the Project Team. Workshops and coaching/mentoring will help the design teams develop the ideas.

These task teams also prepare the communication and training for the next phase. We can help with the development of the training material,helping you make it relevant and capable of being delivered internally.
