Coaching
All the partners of Delos have extensive experience in working with people helping them to develop themselves and developing their ideas.
We can help on a one to one or one to many basis in putting the ideas gained from the education, training and workshops into practice.
Our coaching practise, led by Phillippe Crapart, provides the experience of trained coaches to help develop people through periods of change.
Some of the issues we see clients dealing with through coaching are :

- Adjustment to new bosses or, as a new CEO, to working effectively with non executive directors
