What we do to help
Our clients largely come from the manufacturing sector in Europe and the USA. They want to improve their ability to give the customer what they want and when they want it with lower total cost. To do this they change systems, organisations, processes and people. Our experience is that the most difficult aspect in the pursuit of excellence is to change habits and attitudes - the key ingredient to change. Our way is to help develop a vision and strategy, and support this with integrated processes and systems and integrated behaviours.
We work through faciliation and workshops to enable the people in an organisation to engage in the process of transformation. Education is about changing habits and mindsets.
In support of this we provde three I's :
Insight
Through our experience in our working lives, and in working with a number of companies, we can bring to you a new perspective on you or your organisation. This will enable you better to address the issues that you face, and bring about positive and effective change.
Innovation
We are continuously reviewing what we do, the operating environment, and how this impacts our clients. Hence, we will continuously bring new ideas to clients, as clients will bring new ideas to us.. Thus we will help develop ideas like "Value Stream Management" or "Performance Measurement". We will develop new courses. We will also work with clients to help them bring about new ideas, and new ways of working.
Inspiration
Above all, we want our clients to feel inspired to do things differently as a result of any of our activities or interactions with them. For example, if we carry out a workshop we want clients to come away having gained an insight into new ways of doing things and understand how other people think and act in order make sustainable changes happen within their organisation that will positively impact both their personal and teams’ behaviour.
