23rd March 2010

Keep ahead of the competition - pursue perfection
Statistically the recession is now behind us. However no company can afford to relax. Those that have survived have done so through extraordinarily
careful control of costs, cash and customer service. So too have your competition who will be even harder to beat. The speakers
we have lined up have all made incredible changes to their business to make sure that they can survive. They have made practical use of all
the tools - Sales & Operations Planning to be prepared, Lean to take waste out, collaboration and agility to be flexible. They have delivered
outstanding results in terms of cost, quality and delivery achieving service levels in excess of 99% and over 20 inventory turns. To do this you
have to make fundamental changes to the way you operate, which means taking your people with you on a challenging journey. If you do not
have dreams, then how can they come true?
