Making change happen through integrating People, Processes and Tools

Complimentary Seminar 20th May Stratford Manor Hotel

We will be carrying out a seminar on 20th May which will address the latest thinking in making change happen. There are three key elements in any change programmes - the tools and techniques which covers things like ERP systems, Lean, Six Sigma, the processes which covers the way things are done, and the people, which of course covers the people who will be affected by the programme of change.

There are three outside speakers, who have all been involved in change programmes, and recognise the issues involved at first hand.

Bernard Lim has been involved and managed change programmes through a number of different companies, big and small. In all cases he has turned them into World Class companies, through a mixture of new tools, developing the new ways of working [both for inside and out side the company] and through engaging the people in the change process.

Aled Williams, Operations Manager at Remploy Electronics has been engaged in a project designed to improve the profitability and productivity of the organisation, and has been through an extensive programme of redesigning the processes, and in particular has used Sales and Operations Planning as a vehicle for change. They have built the change around their BaAn system.

Paul Smith. As HR leader at a leading pharmaceutical company,, Paul has been involved in a major programme to make the site competitive. This has been built around a roadmap for change . Part of this has been to review the processes, make them more effective. Key to this was engaging the people across the site in making the change happen.

Steve Wilson. As a partner of the Delos Partnership, Steve has had immense experience of getting change projects to happen, and is passionate about this area. He will share his experiences and latest thinking about how to make change happen based on his personal experience as a General Manager at International Flavours and Fragrances, and his subsequent experience in working with companies in the Food, pottery and pharmaceutical industry sectors.
