We have created five related programmes to help you through the crisis. If you are interested, we will agree with yu a programme of action that will deal with all or any of the above. Specifically we will :
1. Carry out a 2 day assessment with two of us involved carrying out an in-depth analysis of where you are today, against the criteria laid out in the Delos Assessment document.
2. We will then agree with you a 90 day plan of action, for which we will agree :
- The objectives od the plan
- The scope and resources required
- The costs involved
- The expected delvierables and benefits to you in hard and soft terms - cash and non-cash
- The timescales for each activity
- The organisation required
This will be completed in a Microsoft Project Plan, which will detail activities, responsibilities costs and timescales.
You will then pay 50 % of the fee up front, and the balance on completion of the programme, subject to mutually agreed performance criteria.
3. We will then carry out the programme with you. This programme will typically consist of :
- 2 day workshop
- 5 to 15 days facilitation for that stage of the programme
