Bill Belt
Bill BELT is the Founder and President of BILL BELT EXCELLENCE (BBX), functional integrators for Sales and Operations Planning, Lean Production, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing Resource Planning. Bill holds a B.A. from Princeton, an MBA from Columbia (U.S.) in Production and Inventory Management, and is certified CFPIM for life (Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management), by APICS, the Association for Operations Management.
Bill has worked for thirty years in industry, both in the U.S. and in France, including 14 years in various management positions, with Westvaco, IBM, Honeywell Bull and Essilor, a French multinational optics manufacturer. He has helped many companies reduce inventories, shorten lead times, reduce costs, raise customer service and increase productivity.
