Sabine Jürgens-Krenzin

For over 15 years Sabine has worked as manager in leading positions and as a consultant with international companies and in the public sector (i.e. Beck’s – international brewery Beck & Co., Compass Group – biggest Food Service company in the world, Pitney Bowes, University of Hanover). For thirteen years she was the spokesperson and responsible for all communication activities in different companies and proved her skills in complex change management projects. She has put strategies into successful practise and has managed difficult crises, and been involved in several mergers and acquisitions.

Sabine is well known for her talent to motivate and support people to become more open minded and become aware of different point of views. That makes it easier for them to enter new territories and to find the answer that fits properly which enables them to achieve company targets. Sabine’s reputation is based on her analytical excellence and her structured approach, which is combined with humour and a broad experience.

She has developed internal and external communication activities in her function as spokesperson and director of communications, and has implemented international and national campaigns. Throughout the last eight year she has been regularly involved in intercultural projects. This includes her experience acting as a consultant and trainer to all levels from blue-collar worker up to executive boards, and she has demonstrated the capability of finding the right words to reach the different target groups.

Sabine supports companies particularly in their reorganisation activities and change management projects. In this she brings together her experience as a communication manager in leading companies, with her expertise and understanding of different organisational structures, together with her knowledge as professional performance trainer. She coaches managers in their communication skills.

Her theoretical background is building on university studies and a certified performance trainer. She is fluent in German and English and offers a basic level of French and Italian.
