Caecilie Zabolitzki
Cäcilie is a graduate in business management and has about fifteen years of management and project experience in Logistics, Production, Customer Service and Procurement business within multinational companies from the IT, Telecommunication and consumer goods business.
She has a strong ability in development and improvement of processes especially in operation and supply chain management.
Cäcilie understands the challenge between customer needs, sales targets and the Supply chain and has a pragmatic as well as an analytical way to help her to deliver significant results.
In 1990 she started her career with DELL where it was the first time she improved successfully the processes within the production operation. Furthermore she was responsible for the software integration and implementation of operating systems based on customer requirements.
After managing the technical procurement for ICL, she worked for a Finnish company responsible for customer service and logistics department for five and half years. The focus was based on improving the supply chain and the reduction of the inventory. Cäcilie was a member of the international project team to improve the order processing process and to reduce the inventory. She decreased the stock level in Germany by 38%.
For four years (1999 – 2003) Cäcilie worked for the telecommunication business leading the billing department and expanded her project management experience at that time. She increased productivity and liquidity by shortening the calculation of production requirements from 3 months to 15 days.
At Diageo she extended her experience of supply chain management in the development of collaboration of cross functional teams on an international level. Her major tasks were the development of demand planning and forecast optimization with the result of percentage increase of 40% in Sales for the six most important premium brands.
In mid 2006 she decided to establish her own company as a consultant with the focus on supply chain management.
