Integrated Enteprise Leadership
We run an Integrated Enterprise Leadership (Advanced Sales and Operations Planning) workshop with 20 of the senior managers from a business. We spend one day helping them to understand the concepts, and then three days in breakout groups [built around our Delos Model], enabling them to redesign the business to make it more effective. They use our unique template which enables them to review the Inputs, Outputs, Measures, People and systems required to support each step of the Integrated Enterprise leadership process
Lean and Agile Workshop
We run a two day Lean and Workshop, where we identify the Value adding activities within the company, The team went away and collected further data, and then we worked with the team to identify areas of waste, and eliminate the non-value adding acitivities that have been indentified.
Sales Forecasting Process Development
We spend two days with the Senior Management team of a company helping them to redesign their Sales Forecasting and Demand Management process, and enable them to get buy-in to the key concepts to support these new ways of working. We explain the basic steps of the Delos forecasting process, and then break the group out into teams who then they come back to a plenary session to detail how the process would now work.
