We want to provide insight, and hence are looking for people with practical experience working in industry who have been involved in successfully bringing about transformation of their and other people’s organisations. We would like to have people who can educate and facilitate. Transferring knowledge is more likely to lead to client success, than keeping the know-how to oneself.
We want to provide inspiration, so that our clients feel that with our help they can achieve the sort of changes that exceed their own expectations. We want them to go away from any interaction with us, energised to tackle the day to day issues that they face and which get in the way of achieving their personal and corporate objectives.
We also do not want ourselves and our clients to stand still. There is a continuing need, through the interaction with our clients, and through each other to provide new and refreshing ideas. These may be variations on a theme, or groundbreaking ideas. We want to provide innovation.
We also need people who are self-motivated, self-starters and capable of being rain-makers in their own right. We all work for each other, and so being able to be part of a team is key.
