Philippe Crapart
Prior to joining The Delos Partnership, Philippe decided in 2003 to run his own education, coaching and consulting firm, based on his 25 years experience in managing industrial businesses, in France and Europe.
Philippe Crapart's experience in industrial excellence started in the early 90's : He was the CEO of Diaman Boart''s French subsidiary, a Belgium-based industrial group, where he managed successfully a project merging planning & control, lean manufacturing and delegated leadership.
Since the late 90's he successively held Senior General Management positions within the European Business Unit for the Construction Division of Diamant Boart, Equipment Rental Division and Continental Europe Steel Divisions of Brambles, an Australian worldwide leader in providing industrial services. He managed the development and execution of the Strategic Plans for these businesses, and implemented successfully innovative policies in Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, and New Product development.
Philippe Crapart's skill is enabling clients benefit from his experience in change management. He specialises in the skils of individual coaching and team building to develop faster solutions to strategic management issues, and has had extensive experience in facilitating the implementation of Integrated Enterprise Leadership in a Pharmaceutical company.
Philippe gained an MBA at ESSEC (French 2nd business school), and a degree in Business law from the French University Paris X. He has been trained as a coach by Mediat-Coaching
