Some of the things that we have done for clients….
- We facilitated the development of a Global Integrated Enterprise Leadership process within a major multinational organisation, which enabled a monthly update of new product, demand, supply and financial plans across sites in USA, Canada, China, UK and France, enabling them rapidly to respond to changes in the aerospace and defence business. This was carried out through a series of workshops run in English and French, and supporting consultancy. We have also assessed the quality of their business processes using the Delos assessment programme.
- We helped a small start-up company in Canada develop an understanding of World Class principles, and develop an implementation approach which included the selection and implementation of ERP software.
- We have helped a European pharmaceutical company develop an integrated approach to improving its effectiveness, leading to improvements in customer service and profitability through a comprehensive company-wide programme involving the implementation of Integrated Enterprise Leadership. This extended from helping the Senior Team develop its Leadership and Strategy down through to implementing the right performance measures at the Shop Floor Level. This was carried out through a series of workshops, consulting and both personal and team coaching. The quality of their processes have been assessed using the Delos Assessment programme, and their aim is to achieve Platinum status.
- We have helped a company with subsidiaries in USA and France develop a systematic approach to updating their Strategy and business plans on a monthly basis. This was carried by a workshops held in French and English in the repsective countries.
- A complete review of a company’s Supply Chain strategy saved them £20m in inventory alone. The cost of the consulting was paid back in around 4 days.
- For a company struggling for cash flow, we took 4 weeks out of their supply chain, reducing purchasing costs, and reducing inventory by 15%. The education programme was paid back in 10 weeks.
- For a chemical processing company, we devised a programme to train their internal people in Integrated Leadership tools and techniques. This has saved the need to rely on external training sources. The cost of this was repaid in 3 months.
- For a large defence organisation we guided them through choice of software, and subsequent implementation. The benefits were improved quality of implementation, and reduced cost from their implementation partner.
- For a multinational fast moving consumer goods company we ran a series of Supply Chain courses aimed at improving service levels and reducing inventory.
- We assisted a Pharmaceutical company to develop a professional programme management approach to support their New Product development activities in support of their double digit growth.
- For a major food manufacturing company, we ran a series of in-house workshops as part of their management development programme to get people to understand and improve their levels of service to customers
The common theme is we aim to achieve quick benefits for our clients' in support of strategic development - aiming to recover the money spent in 3-6 months. Compare this with capital equipment expenditure, where the payback period is sometimes 2-3 years.
