Ulla Wyckoff
Ulla's experience is in project and change management, delivering improved and measured profitability and efficiency in supply chain processes, mainly in resupply, purchasing, customer services and logistics.
She has developed and implemented major strategic change and improvement projects in the European and International Supply Chain organisation of Diageo, delivering profitable and integrated end to end solutions in spirits supply.
Previous experience in her career has been in system development and implementation in the spirits, retail and pharmaceutical industries. She is now focusing on passing on her supply chain and project management knowledge in education and coaching, in order to help companies develop their staff and processes continuously to improve profitability.
