Ross Maynard, Senior Consultant with BMA Europe Ltd., is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Managment Accountants and has worked as a coach and consultant with a wide range of British and European organizations.
He is the author of “Successful Business Growth” (Hodder & Stoughton 1998) as well as many articles on lean accounting and business improvment.
He places emphasis on the need for strong leadership and lean-focused management systems supporting a company’s lean transition.
