He has successfully implemented numerate ERP systems, Sales and Operations Planning Systems and led many businesses through MRP II implementations, including several Class A certifications.  He has designed and implemented both a ‘lights out’ automated AS/RS warehouse as well as an Automated Guided Vehicle System, amongst other large scale capital engineering projects.

David holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Delaware, and an MBA in Production and Operations Management from Widener University.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer by NSPE and DAPE and has been certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society as CPIM.  He serves on the Board of Directors of APICS in the Memphis, Tennessee region.  He is also recognized by the Institute of Industrial Engineers as a certified Computer Systems Integrator.  Dave has regulatory experience with the FDA, DHHS, and BATF and led Sarbanes Oxley compliance implementations.
