Seasoned operationally and strong goal oriented Chief Financial Officer [CFO], Andrezej has 24 years professional experience, with 16 years in managerial functions, and 13 as CFO, mostly in automotive (Fiat Group, Brembo braking systems) and chemical industry - BASF. He has carried out assignments in Germany, Italy, Poland, China.
Andrrzej has extensive experience in managing large scale investment projects, carrying out business development, and managing financial. He has a demonstrated ability to learn quickly the intricacies of different industries in diverse cultures.
He has a highly-succesful track record in carrying out post merger integration, cost cutting projects, and bringing about improvements in financial control, cost accounting, and creating improved reporting controls.
He has excellent specialist skills in finance and administration, but has excellent experience as an all-rounder in a business environment.
